Gradient Benchmark is now looking for market researchers on a part-time basis – a perfect opportunity for you who want to develop your communication skills and gain valuable experience in customer contact and market research.
About the position
This is a part-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Gradient Benchmark. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment. The position is perfect for those who want to combine studies with a flexible and social part-time job.

Gradient Benchmark is the leading company in the Nordic region for B2B customer benchmarking, focusing on the consumer and retail sector. The company's clients are supplier companies and retail chains across various industries, from groceries to specialty retail. Gradient Benchmark produces surveys, evaluations, and analyses based on collected and self-developed data. These analyses form the basis for evaluating collaborations and competitive positions among different actors.
The company has an established survey model for over 30 years and offers a stable portfolio of annual evaluations. The team you belong to works towards common goals with a strong focus on everyone's contribution being equally important.
Job responsibilities
As a market researcher, you have a central role in ensuring high participation in Gradient Benchmark's surveys. You will contact companies in the service and retail sector to invite them to participate in evaluations. Your focus is to create interest and engagement.
Your main responsibilities include:
Contacting companies by phone to inform and invite them to participate in surveys.
Working from a contact register and documenting calls in the company's CRM system.
Ensuring that participating companies receive the correct information and that surveys are sent out via email or post.
Conducting follow-ups and shorter interviews by phone as needed.
Contributing to the team's common goals and building good relationships with participants.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
An ongoing post-secondary education in areas such as marketing, communication, or statistics.
Experience in customer service or a similar role where the phone has been a central working tool.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills.
Meritorious:
Experience in sales or phone-based work.
To thrive in this role, you are social, communicative, and have a natural ability to build trust in conversations. You are attentive, humble, and keen on providing good service. You feel comfortable reaching out to new people and enjoy working towards common goals in a team with strong cohesion.
